Chanel Resort 2013

Karl Lagerfeld's recent work has been all over the internet.  Since seeing a few close-ups of the models via Twitter (not to mention amazing remarks from the likes of Bernadette Mora and Lisa Tant), I couldn't help but collect a few of my favourite looks here.  Wish I could have more pictures of the venue.  The Chateau de Versailles looked like the absolute perfect setting.

Derek Blasberg likened the looks to "Marie Antoinette in denim."  I think the line is also reminicent of Effie Trinket from Hunger Games.

Don't tell me you can't see her on that runway.
